Where do the consultations take place?
We provide consultations online or in person, in the heart of Florianópolis, in a private and welcoming setting. You choose the format that best suits your lifestyle.
Follow-up consultations
In our care plans (3 or 6 months), follow-up consultations are included as part of the continuous support process. For single sessions, follow-ups may be arranged separately, tailored to your needs.
Health insurance
We do not work with health insurance plans. However, we provide invoices/receipts so you may request reimbursement, depending on your plan’s policies.

Eating is a shared experience, which is why we offer consultations designed for families and couples who wish to align their habits, build a healthier eating routine, and strengthen their choices together.
